| Please, collect 5 ml. of blood in a sterilized
and heparin zed bulb, then shake thoroughly Bring the sample immediately
to the Indian Institute of Environmental Medicine. (I.I.E.M.)
(Strictly avoid external contamination). |

| Collection of 24 hours Urine | ||||
| Please, collect 24 hours of urine, in a 5 liter plastic container which is acid washed and precleaned with double distilled water. Measure total quantity of urine collected during 24 hours, collect only 50ml of the total quantity and bring it immediately to the Indian Institute of Environmental Medicine. (I.I.E.M.)(Strictly avoid external contamination). |

| Collections of Liver Biopsy Sample | ||||
| Liver Biopsy samples are to be collected on a Whatman No. 41 filter paper, and enclosed it in a new polythene bag. This sample should be sent immediately to the Indian Institute of Environmental Medicine. (I.I.E.M.).(Strictly avoid external contamination). |

| Collection of Hair and Nail | ||||
| Cut hair and/or nails and wash with soap, then clean with double distilled water. Carry the sample in a new polythene bag. |
